Clean routing flow

1. Page access Choose exactly where content is allowed to appear. If a page is not selected, the content must not appear there.

2. Category alphabet group Category belongs only to the selected page. Same tag name in another page does not move content there.

3. Tags or special tags Tags are only filters inside the selected page/category. Tags never create page access and never create category access.
