A 3-day reset for burnout and overload, followed by a short continuation and a second 3-day return to stabilize.

What it is

RESET is a 3 + 3 structured listening flow.

It combines 3 days in person, 5–10 days continuation, and 3 return days.

It is not entertainment, not a podcast, not therapy, and not a religious class.

What the audio is

Human voice only.

No guitar. No piano. No rock. No background music.

No preaching. No teaching. No pressure to believe or share.

Calm voice, short reflection, optional prayer only when selected.

How it works

Duration

3 days reset.

5–10 days continuation.

3 days return.

Canada: direct client pilot first.

Daily timing

1–2 listening moments per day in person.

1 short audio per day during continuation.

10–15 minutes each audio.

Listening mode

Mostly individual with headphones.

Optional silent group listening, no forced speaking.

In person. Slow the body, reduce overload, and install a simple listening rhythm.

5–10 days

Continuation

At home. One short audio per day to test the rhythm in real life.

Block 2 · 3 days

Return + Stabilize

In person again. Strengthen what worked and make the rhythm stable.
